Information on Protection of Personal Data

We state that in accordance with Law No. 6698 on Protection of Personal Data ("GDPR"); this privacy, protection of personal data and the personal data stated in the cookies policy of the staff shared with MUTLUSAN PlastikElektrik Tic. ve San. A.Ş. related to the processing purpose stated below and limited to it will be recorded, stored, kept, modified, rearranged, shared with institutions authorized by law to request this personal data within the scope of purpose that requires to be processed, and it will be able to be transferred, assigned, classified to the third persons in the country and abroad, in cases stipulated by GDPR and processed in other ways listed in GDPR.

Processed Personal Data, Purpose and Basis of Personal Data Processing

Personal data of the staff that is for describing the staff directly or indirectly such as the name, surname, date of birth, mobile phone number, e-mail address, address of the staff can be processed with the purposes of providing to the staff with good training, contracts with staff, continuing and improving training, execution/continuation operational activities, doing statistical studies, facilitating the use of the website for the staff.

Other processing purposes of the aforementioned personal data are processing the personal data in accordance with the Regulation on the Broadcasting on Internet Media No. 5651 and the Fight Against Crimes Committed Through these Publications and the relevant secondary legislation, the Industrial Property Law No. 6769, the Turkish Criminal Law No. 5237 and other relevant legal regulations; organizing all records and documents in electronic media or on paper; complying with the obligations stipulated by the relevant regulatory agencies and other authorities such as information storing, reporting, giving and sharing information.

Personal data can be transferred to our affiliates and/or our direct/indirect domestic affiliates and the third persons in the country and abroad whom our company receives service or make cooperation to carry out the activities under the relevant agreements in order to provide better training to the personnel, in accordance with the explicit consent of the personnel, where necessary, in accordance with the legal regulations and limited to data processing purpose and legal reasons or it can be processed in the ways listed in GDPR by taking measures for data security in case it is foreseen by GDPR, provided that it is not used outside the purpose and scope determined by this Privacy, Personal Data Protection and Cookie Policy.

Personal data and navigation and traffic information of the staff may be shared with the relevant institutions and organizations that are legally authorized to request this information in order to fulfill our obligation for security and laws (in cases where we have the legal or administrative obligation to give notification or information to combat crime, the threat of state and public security, but not limited to this). 

Rights Regarding Personal Data

The staff may learn what the processed personal data is and whether it is processed, whether it is used for processing purposes, request information about this data if it is processed, learn the third parties in the country or abroad where the personal data is transferred, if there is incomplete or incorrectly processed personal data or in case of any change in any of the personal data processed, he/she may request to be corrected, changed, updated, deleted/destroyed of this data or anonymized within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the GDPR, and he/she may request (in case of incomplete or incorrectly processed personal data, he/she may request the correction of this data or deletion/destruction or anonymization within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of gdpr) to be notified to third parties to whom the personal data is transferred. He/she may object to the emergence of a result against the analysis of the processed data, especially with automated systems, and may request the removal of the damage if the personal data is damaged due to illegal processing of the data. The rights of the staff within this scope in accordance with the Article 13/f.1 of gdpr:

1.To send an e-mail signed with a secure electronic signature of its own to the e-mail address of MUTLUSAN PlastikElektrik Tic. ve San. A.Ş,

2.To send an e-mail signed with the secure electronic signature of the company to the registered e-mail address of MUTLUSAN PlastikElektrik Tic. ve San. A.Ş.

3.  He may apply to MUTLUSAN PlastikElektrik Tic. ve San. A.Ş., by submitting a petition bearing cargo and wet signature, and submit his/her requests.

Storing Time of Personal Data

MUTLUSAN PlastikElektrik Tic.ve San. A.Ş. stores the Personal Data processed in accordance with gdpr only for the period required by the purpose of personal data processing if it is foreseen in the relevant legislation or has not been envisaged in the legislation.  The stored data is deleted, destroyed or anonymized after the reasons that require the data to be processed have ended. For example, in accordance with the Law No. 5651 on Organizing Broadcasts and Combating Crimes Committed Through These Publications, the traffic data we process are stored for 2 years and anonymized after the end of the time. In any case, if the personal data is processed for more than one reason, the relevant data is deleted, destroyed or anonymized when all the reasons requiring the processing of that data are processed.   

Precautions Regarding Protection of Personal Data

Protection of personal data is an important issue for our company. We take all necessary technical and administrative measures to protect personnel or the user against unauthorized access to personal data or loss, misuse, disclosure, alteration or destruction of this information. We use generally accepted security technology standards when processing personal data.

We are committed to keeping personal data confidential, to take all necessary technical and administrative measures to ensure confidentiality and security, and to take due care. Although we take the necessary information security precautions, in case personal data is damaged or third parties are attacked as a result of attacks on our company's website or mobile web and system, we immediately inform you and the Personal Data Protection Board and take the necessary measures.

Your Rights Regarding the Processing of Personal Data

In the Article 20 of the Constitution, it is stated that everyone has the right to be informed about his/her personal data. Accordingly, in the 11th Article of gdpr, "requesting information" is among the rights of the owner of personal data.  In this context, it provides the necessary information in case the owner of the personal data requests information in accordance with the 20th Article of the Constitution and the 11th Article of (gdpr).  Your requests regarding your rights under (gdpr) are MUTLUSAN PlastikElektrik Tic. ve San. A.Ş. in person or in accordance with the legislation (via notary) to our postal address.
